I decided to destroy the old blog and stop the spreading of the worms, trojans, and badware. I will be more careful from now on with my blog security. I am looking for up to date stats on Consumer behaviours (Europe and WW); in particular the % of customers who go to the web first before other traditional sales channels ( contact centers, shops); can you point me in the right direction?
