Vietnam Internet Users Update
For November 2008, the number of Internet users in Vietnam were estimated at 20,669,285 persons, and the current Internet Penetration Rate is 24.0 %. Regarding the Internet broadband subscribers, their number was 1,994,825 persons, and the Broadband Penetration Rate is 2.3 %. Vietnam’s current population is estimated as 86,116,559 persons.
